Note: If you choose to photo your ID card, please ensure the ID is fully visible and in focus, and no alteration or damage on the card.

After uploading, you can close the verification page

Then back to BIT page, click "Completed"

Note:

1) If you close the window by mistake when you have not completed the verification, please wait for the audit result and re-verify or contact customer service

2) If you have not passed the certification after several attempts, please contact customer service in time.

Advanced Verification

After KYC2 verified, you can click "Verify now" to proceed advanced verification.

For advanced verification, please follow the page instruction to fill in your address info and upload address proof.

Note:

If your documents are not in English, please submit both the original and the English translated version. The translated version must be notarized by qualified translation institutions or legal translator with stamp and signature.
