Incorrect Google Authentication Code?

1. Please make sure you are using the corresponding Google Authentication Code for the needed account.

2. If you still get an error after entering the correct GA code, please proofread the device time of Google Authenticator. The proofreading method is as follows:

2.1 IOS Devices:

① Click “Settings” on your IOS device (not the setting of GA)

② Click “General“

③ Click “Date & Time

④ Activate “Set Automatically“, If it has been activated, disable it first, and then reactivate it after a few seconds.

2.2 Android Devices

① Open “Authenticator” APP, Click the three dots in the upper right corner.

② Click “Settings”

③ Click “Time correction for codes”

④ Click “Sync now”, after this, the APP will prompt that it has been synchronized.

3. If the above methods failed, please check the network.
