If you forgot account login password, please check Log In- Forgot Password on the homepage, click “Forgot Password” and then enter your registered email or phone number to reset the password.

If you have forgotten the login password of your sub-account, please login to your main account on the website and select [Sub-account] from the drop-down list of [Personal Settings] icon at the top right corner to enter the sub-account management page.

Click [Management] ->action → [Reset Password] at the right side.

On the sub account [Reset Password] page, enter your new account password, insert the verification code and click [Confirm].

After completing the security verification, your sub-account password will be reset.

Note: Resetting password for sub-accounts is not supported on App yet, please visit web page to reset your sub-account password.
