1. What is spot account, futures account, and balance account?
To facilitate users to manage their account assets, BIT divides the assets into three accounts: spot account, futures account, and balance account (Matrixport balance accounts).
The funds in the three accounts are isolated from each other. The three accounts all support the functions of deposit and withdrawal and can transfer available assets to each other.
Spot accounts: support spot trading
Futures account: support futures, perpetual swaps, and options trading
Balance account: support converting (balance account is Matrixport balance account)
2. How to Deposit to your spot account?
Click the [Deposit] button in the upper right corner of the asset page, it will direct to the spot account page of depositing in default. Then follow the instructions to complete the deposit.
If you want to deposit to your futures account or balance account, please switch to the futures account or balance account to complete the deposit.
3.What should I do if the order is abnormal?
If your order is not filled for a long time:
Please check the price of your limit order to see if a competitive price has been provided. To get your order filled quickly, you can cancel the order and replace the order at a more competitive price with reference to the order book.
If you encounter an abnormal situation such as the order cannot be cancelled, or the cryptocurrency does not credit in your wallet after trading:

4.Does the sub-account support spot trading?
Yes, sub-accounts support spot trading. Fee tiers and KYC levels are determined by your main account.
The assets in main and sub-accounts are completely separated. The assets in sub-accounts can be managed and controlled by transferring assets from the main account.
