绑卡失败场景错误及解决方案

我们会验证您的银行账户信息。如果绑定失败,您可参考如下场景及解决办法:

  • Invalid request: iban is not a valid IBAN

IBAN填写有误,请打开银行APP再次核对IBAN,一般由15-31位的字母和数字组成

  • Invalid request: routingNumber is not a valid wire routing number

SWIFT CODE填写有误,请打开银行APP再次核对SWIFT CODE,一般由8或11位的字母和数字组成

  • Invalid request: iban does not match bank country

发卡行国家填写有误,请再次核对IBAN对应的发卡行所在国家,发卡行国家必须和IBAN匹配

  • The Bank account number is incorrect, please provide the account number as indicated in your bank statement or upload relevant.

USD账户号码和账单不一致,请填写账单中的USD账户号码

  • The full name is incorrect, please provide the full name as indicated in your bank statement.

持卡人名称和账单不一致,仅允许本人银行账户并和账单名称一致

  • The domicile address is incorrect, please provide the domicile address as indicated in your bank statement.

账单地址和账单附件不匹配,请和账单附件保持一致

  • Please provide a valid and recent (not older than 3 months) bank statement with domiclie address and account No.

账单附件请上传3个月内的账单,并且必须包含地址信息、账户号码、USD货币标志

  • The statement is incomplete, please provide a full copy with your name, domicile address, and account number.

账单附件信息不完整,必须包含全名、地址、USD账户号码

  • Please upload a full clear copy of the bank statement with the name and current domicile address.

账单不清晰,请提供更清晰的账单附件
