綁卡失敗場景錯誤及解決方案

我們會驗證您的銀行賬戶信息,如果綁定失敗,您可參考如下場景及解決辦法:

  • Invalid request: iban is not a valid IBAN

IBAN填寫有誤,請打開銀行APP再次核對IBAN,一般由15-31位的字母和數字組成

  • Invalid request: routingNumber is not a valid wire routing number

SWIFT CODE填寫有誤,請打開銀行APP再次核對SWIFT CODE,一般由8或11位的字母和數字組成

  • Invalid request: iban does not match bank country

發卡行國家填寫有誤,請再次核對IBAN對應的發卡行所在國家,發卡行國家必須和IBAN匹配

  • The Bank account number is incorrect, please provide the account number as indicated in your bank statement or upload relevant.

USD賬戶號碼和賬單不一致,請填寫賬單中的USD賬戶號碼

  • The full name is incorrect, please provide the full name as indicated in your bank statement.

持卡人名稱和賬單不一致,僅允許本人銀行賬戶並和賬單名稱一致

  • The domicile address is incorrect, please provide the domicile address as indicated in your bank statement.

賬單地址和賬單附件不匹配,請和賬單附件保持一致

  • Please provide a valid and recent (not older than 3 months) bank statement with domiclie address and account No.

賬單附件請上傳3個月內的賬單,並且必須包含地址信息、賬戶號碼、USD貨幣標誌

  • The statement is incomplete, please provide a full copy with your name, domicile address, and account number.

賬單附件信息不完整,必須包含全名、地址、USD賬戶號碼

  • Please upload a full clear copy of the bank statement with the name and current domicile address.

賬單不清晰,請提供更清晰的賬單附件
